GOST R certifies the quality of IBOR Valves products and their conformity with the Russian Federation’s norms and standards.
ROSTECHNADZOR (RTN) PERMITS
IBOR gets a Rostechnadzor (RTN). It is required for the installation, start-up, and operation of equipment on the territory of the Russian Federation.
FIRE SAFE
Valves of IBOR has been fire safe testing according to API 6FA, API 607 and ISO 10497.
TYPE APPROVAL RMRS
IBOR Valves is now type approved by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. The type approval is a part of the market penetration strategy to reach the important Russian market.
API 6D CERTIFICATE
IBOR achieves the certificate API-6D no. 6D-1438 issued by American Petroleum Institute. It is applied in valves manufactured according to specification of API-6D.
PED 97/23/EC – MOD H1
IBOR gets the certificate Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC according to module H1.
FUGITIVE EMISSION INSPECTION
A special design by IBOR valves has achieved highest level Class A of tightness according to ISO 15848-1.
SIL 2 COMPLIANCE
FMEDA and SIL Assessment and report by Lloyd’s Register achieving level 2 of Safety Integrity Level on our products.
CU TR 032/2013 CERTIFICATE
According to Russian Legistation (federal law 116), for using equipment and working under pressure is necessary the certificate of TR CU 032 (Technical Regulation of Custom Union).
